I drove down the canyon tonight, singing as loud as I could. I know I was driving kind of crazy, but not as fast as the person in front of me. It used to scare me- when we first moved here. The canyon is 6 miles of steep, winedy curves. But I'm used to it now. I can anticipate the next turn...in the dark, I know what is coming. Even if I'm singing at the top of my lungs.

It was a fitting song. Do you ever feel like your life is just going perfect and you worry that it's about to take a major nose dive, because life just can't be THAT perfect? You think...hold back the rain...here it comes, ride the outside lane, cause here it comes!

I must confess- I've had to much wine tonight. I am feeling drunk. Not THAT drunk cause obviously I am able to write this post- so buzzed- yeah that's it- buzzed.

Does buzzed put you iin a different sort of mind?

Don't worry-I didn't drive the canyon drunk! I would NEVER do that! Sometimes the alcohol helps- if I've accidently had dairy. opps-cream cheese. oh, no.
