Altruism

I learned a new word today. It's in my horoscope. I know, I know...I've said it before...I don't believe those things, but o'well.

Al'tru*ism, n. concern for others, not oneself.

Really I didn't know that word. Is this one of those words that everybody BUT me has heard of?

It says I should help out a friend and a stranger today.

I don't plan on leaving the house...does anyone need help?? Anyone?
