Back to Brown

I've enjoyed being a blonde, but I feel the time has come to go back to my roots.

Part of me is sad, but hey, it's just hair.

One of the joys of being a woman is the ability to make outward changes to signal internal emotions.

Change is consistent and always certain.

Hey Kathy,

It's good to see you posting. I understand what you mean by "one of the joys of being a woman is the ability to make outward changes to signal internal emotions," but I don't understand what emotions changing your hair from blonde to brown signals. Are you returning to your roots or "having less fun" or what? Spill it girl!

I remember a time when I didn't have any! Chemo took care of that. Now, my black hair has strands of "silver." Two-tone is THE way to go! I wish I could take that "silver" and turn into quick cash! Blonde or brown, as Billy Crystal would say, "You look mahvelous!" Keep smiling!

hey guys- First, Macky...MB has decided, rather hastily, to dump his blogs. However, the next day he made a new one...http://mbrydon37.blogspot.com/
Enjoy.
Duf...I'd love to explain it for you, but my emotions don't even make sense to me right now. Some people eat, some people drink, some people shop...I dye my hair or cut off completely. Also running is great!
Gary...Man of many talents. BTW- you looked GREAT with no hair! Is there a mountain you can't climb? No, there really isn't.
Thanks friend. :-)

And you know also what? Yep, I may cut it short and keep it short! Low maintenance me be. Wipe and swipe. Won't need the shampoo and conditioners. Zest soap all the way! But caveat to me the wind can be a bit chilly under a cycling helmet in the early morning hours. But, alas, break out the balaclava! No, not baklava. I ain't talking no Greek dessert!

So Kathy,

I read your husband's blog, and I just can't believe that you two would ever have problems. I just can't believe it (not that you would tell a lie). You both seem to think of each other, you both seems to have your priorities in the right place, and you seem to genuinely care about one another. In fact, I'm guessing that as I write this, everything's in its right place.

Duf- sorry to say, you're wrong. Don't be fooled by the looks of a "perfect marriage". There is no such thing.
