Hey there, Road Warrior! I will be out of the office tomorrow so I just wanted to wish you the best on your first race on Saturday. Don't sweat the small stuff. You will do fine. Heck, when it is all over, you may want to decide to run it again!
I hope your toe is doing better. You might want to put ice on it to keep the throbbing down if such is the case. But what do I know!
Did you do what your coach told you to do and got that pedicure?
Let's see...half-marathon next? Then a marathon? Then Hawaii Ironman Triathlon! You got the spark!

Yes, my goal is next year the half and the year after that, the full 26!!
I gave myself a pedicure after a nice relaxing dip in the new spa! I started those meds today, so we'll see. But I think I will skip taking it on Saturday...just in case.
I drank that joint juice this morning and man, was that NOT a good idea. I don't know if it was an adverse reaction with the antibotic, but I felt horrible after drinking it! You get the idea. Went right through me. Uhhhhh.
I'm feeling better now. Instead of running- I'm finishing those baseboards in the hallway. Always gotta do something!

I don't know what kind of work you are doing on the baseboards just be careful not to hit the "wrong" nail with the hammer. If you are painting, be careful of the fumes knowing your sensitivity and all! Such a fragile flower! No meds on race day. Very prudent!

Fragile flower??? I have never though of you as fragile. You are about as tough as it gets hon. Stay strong!!!!!!!!!!!
