Perfect Day Off

Today is darn near perfect.

I got up and went for a 5 mile run.

Went out for lunch and shopping with my dad.

Swam and layed out by the pool.

Now I'm getting ready to go out for dinner with my friend, Carl.

I love these kind of days...
