Cold or Flu? How about a card!

I think maybe the flu.

It started with a massive headache, then chills, runny nose, droopy droopy eyes and pain on my right side sinus.
No biggie- I'll be back to my old annoying self in no time.
Would someone wake me up!
I've been huddled under the covers, unable to get warm!

Since I didn't feel like getting out of bed, my girls and husband brought my birthday to me. Gifts and a cake.
I especially liked the cards. I have a new fascination with greeting cards. I love to look through them at old stores and funky little shops.
I buy the ones I find the most interesting or funny, sad, inspiring, etc...
It doesn't matter what the occasion is. I probably won't give them out to anyone.

In the Harrah's Tahoe gift shop I found one that has a little boy holding out flowers. He has a mad look on his face. You have to see it, so perhaps I'll scan and post it for you.

Cards. A good thing to collect. They're cheap and sold all over the place. Besides they make me smile- and really, isn't that what they are suppose to do?

I feel like the old oil that just got dumped from your Lexus. What day is it? Wasn't I suppose to do something today?

Somebody has a card for that!
I'll find it.
