Here's Michael loading up our old fence to take to the dump. It will take a couple trips. Sure we could just burn it, but this way is quicker and only costs $5.00.

Congrats on a big job done! Amazing to hear your talk about 80 degrees and spring. We're stuck in the "forever winter" period of March (it's been snowing all week). Your view in the distance looks breath-taking.

Thank You. Yes, the view is the reason we bought this fixer upper.
I can't believe I didn't even go inside the house until a week AFTER our offer was accepted.
But as they say...location, location, location!!!
The house can always be changed or torn down...
