Think of Me

this is an audio post - click to play

well, if you just listened to that horrible display of nerves...you will have noticed that I can't sing the line "take your heart back". It just goes way to high for me. I cracked! O'well. I don't mind that. Maybe if I ever take singing lessons, I can find a way to fix the problem.
If you could see me now, you'd smile. :-)

Very brave to sing on your blog. You have a lovely voice - though I love your accent as well, so it wasn't hard to win me over.

On the post above - it sounds like you have every reason to be proud. My girls are very close now (at 1 1/2 and 3 1/2) and I do so hope they can keep that.

Cheer - Steve

Hi Kathy:
I'm leaving tomorrow to lead worship at a women's retreat, because that's the thing I do for the Lord that I do well. I had to giggle at your song because there is one fear I have whenever it seems the moment to spontaneously lead a worship song without my guitar to start me on the right note, and that is that I will start it too high and end up in the stratosphere. So I can relate to your struggle on the high notes there. Have a good weekend and see you over at the Christian Conservative.

Thanks everyone!
I like being me...cracked voice and all.

le- have a great time at the retreat. I used to go when my girls were younger. Don't worry about the high note...shout if you have to. :-) Shout to the Lord!
