Rokr doesn't rock my world

Apple has a new phone. I'm sure you've seen the commercials. It's a good idea, but still needs work before I'll sink the money into it.

Here's why I won't be buying one anytime soon.

1. You can't use your songs as ring tones- to much lost revenue.
2. Uhm...it has a 512mb flash card...why can't it hold more than 100 songs??? Well, they can't very well have it start selling out their real ipods!
3. No click wheel.
4. You have to download songs from itunes...no direct access. Okay- so this one doesn't really bug me that much...still...
5. USB 1.1 cable. It will take at least 30 seconds to download each song. Again- not really a big deal.
6. You must have Cingular. Sorry. I don't think so. Not enough choices. Besides we get a nice discount from work by using Verizon.

However- there are some cool features...listening to music and have it automatically stop when a call comes in. Music and your phone all in one place. Seems like you'd have to be just the right customer to want this phone.

Now about that Nano mini ipod...I hate to rag on Apple so much because I really do like them...but what the ??
Why does it have to be that small? Really- I think I'd loose it!!!

That miniature phone in Zoolander isn't looking so funny anymore! Someday they will actually be that small. Crazy.
