Yay for braces off! I still remember it, lo these 25+ years later.
And yay for paid vacations! I didn't think you were rubbing it in at all. Only once in a while does something like that fall into your lap, so for heaven's sake enjoy it when it does. The Mission is beautiful, inside and out. It looks so serene and solid.
